Ours just left for the airport and the little girl asked her Dad if the could NOTHING but go in the pool when they get home? Home is N.J. You never know what's coming at you!

The Visits to The Villages are getting smoother each time. The 8-year-old asked Poppa is there still not P in Lake Sumter? they remember everything! You started my day with a phenomenal post. Thanks! :mademyday:

That incident was about ten years ago, mind you, he can still look you in the eye and swear black was white!
He recently joined the RAF Air Cadets, and is in his first big parade tomorrow, for Remembrance Sunday.
Had me 'spit and polishing' his parade shoes for the last two weeks!
Still, wife and I will have to do Nothing tomorrow, but watch and feel proud.

Good to see my law school alma mater beat Penn State today and not for NOTHING as they are now 9-0. They won 31 to 26. This is the U of MN. Have not been there since November of 1991 but do interact with them quite a bit on Facebook and via other ways. My 30th U of MN Law School Re-Union was the Summer of 2019. I am pretty sure many in that Class of 250 or so remember my life story and interests and I have been quite visible if you know where to look. Jenny's 30th Class Re-Union is the Summer of 2020 and I talked to her a great deal as she was my roommate/lover in 1989-1990 and went to meet the parents in Rohnert Park, CA in the Spring of 1990.

I have run into a number of U of MN Alumni or those who are from the Twin Cities here in the Villages since 2005.

Nevada (University of Nevada, Reno) won in football and basketball yesterday. too. NOTHING but where I got my two BAs and had started on a MA in Philosophy after dropping out of law school at BYU.

U of MN won in football.

Not sure what happened with the U of Denver or San Mateo Community College. University of Denver Athletics - Official Athletics Website

NOTHING but thinking about a lot of women this morning and not for NOTHING for this 40,000 post on Talk of the Villages. Started posting in July of 2007.

The blonde nurse usually comes to mind first whenever I am thinking about women. NOTHING but hope her and her daughter are doing well. And the other blonde nurse who helped soldiers in Iraq who moved but may be coming back. Not sure.

Good morning Sweet Nothings,

If I were sitting in Brooklyn right now, I'd probably say what a beautiful day. But I'm here in Florida and, "It's too cold". I really do prefer the hotter days.

Regardless, hope y'all have a great day.

You to BK. It's so cold that I saw a Gator Wearing Ear Muffs.

Remember the extra added attraction of not being able to see the air as we could sometimes back home. NOTHING but a shock to two different sons fresh back to Jersey from The Villages and further South on a Cruise.

The Weather is probably a Blip and we'll be back in better shape shortly. When tuccillo our resident weatherman bailed out I went to a place called Mikes Weather Page. Give it a look-see you may get some good info and a laugh also.

Me too. And 50 would be quite warm for Minnesota this time of the year and not for NOTHING.

Met a grand daughter and grand son of some people from WI or MI and the grand daughter had just transferred out of the U of MN to a smaller school up near Duluth. Her brother was going to the U of WI majoring in Art and Chemistry. She was interested in medicine relating to the brain.

Anyway I got the sweetest of smiles from the grand daughter and still wonder why. I had just met her. This was at a Villages' area dog park.

This was about four or five years ago.

I just hope it is more than just her by now who has caught onto the work I was doing which is very much rooted in things that happened in Minneapolis in the period from about 1988 through late 1991. But a lot more has been going on.

I miss our weatherman Tucillo.

You have to have thick skin on this forum. Almost everyone is challenged sometimes.

Sometimes over nothing...actually most times.

Nothing beats good ole TOTV for drama and intrigue and conspiracy theories. And we have some posters that disappear and reappear with new names too.
