We're all different. As they say that's what makes the world go round. Traveling is great but there are things in life that far surpass that in overall satisfaction and joy and I know you have those things. You're blessed.......you're missing NOTHING that's really important.

I have not traveled nearly as extensively as the K-man, but certainly did do more before I knew about The Villages. Now in the time that I have away from work, I want NOTHING more than to visit either there or with my family. Maybe once I'm moved to TV full-time, I will look into traveling to different places again. We'll see. Sometimes when you are content where you are, you just are......:)

I'm actually glad you brought up traveling. It just reminded me that I have to get in touch with a beautiful young lady (my "adopted" daughter) who will be leaving for Australia before I get back from TV. She'll be there for at least a year. I haven't seen her since September and I'm not sure when I'll see her again. It depends on her status after the year is up. She is NOTHING but special to me.

Holy Crow thank God you mentioned Santa Baby. It had to go to the shop for a little sewing, gotta pick it up. We mailed half of the presents to Jersey already and now the shopping for the other two kids and whammo we're done. Mailing the suit and other odds and ends. Not driving up with the car jammed with stuff like the Beverly Hillbillies!

Good morning everyone! It's Wednesday, November 14th, and I'm off to my long day at work. Gonna try to leave a little early today after last week's traffic fiasco. Afterward, off to the gym so not sure how much time I'll have for NOTHING. Not to mention, I have a lot to do between Thanksgiving coming up and getting ready to head out to TV shortly thereafter but I'll do my best to help the Kommander reach his Thanksgiving goal. See what a team player I can be - no bets need to be made because I'm on board with the plan. You don't think I would ever turn my back on NOTHING, do you? :icon_wink:

Nucky, generally I would be the one to push you into the pool - I mean, push you to go to the pool :1rotfl: - but off-limits, buddy, until you get that fever under control. The more you push your body physically when you're sick the less energy it has to fight the germ battle. Keep that in mind. And listen to what fw said too - good advice. And K, what a beautiful act of Christmas kindness in post #9800 - it warms my heart. Not like that happens very often - an act of NOTHING kindness by you or you warming my heart :1rotfl:.
