Hey guys, I've missed so much on here. I was busy covering all the hours at the store because my partner needed to take some time off. I've been getting up at 5am and getting home at 8pm. Hardly enough time to get a bite to eat and then off to bed to do it all over again. Not enough time or energy to even do NOTHING.
And that's only one aspect of all that has been going on around here. Hubby's been dealing with the family crisis traveling back and forth across the state to take care of things there. It's all turning out good so far though - NOTHING to worry about. Unfortunately, it's not helping us get to Florida any sooner though. In fact, it may result in an unexpected delay but only time will tell. Bottom line is, it's all about priorities - what you can live with and what you can't. Sometimes it's NOTHING but that simple. Hope you are all doing well. I haven't really had time to read up on all that's going on. Hopefully I'll have time to do some NOTHING over the weekend. As for right now I'm beat and my better half just walked in the door after a 5 hour drive so I'll check back in with you guys another time.......... |

As far as the free dinner goes, don't count on it. We're not going to be delayed that long. Unless you pull an fw on me after your first visit to TV. |

I'll be off and running shortly to catch up on all the errands I've missed doing this past week or so. Then maybe a nap since I woke up tired this morning. Glad I don't have to do these work stretches too often. Just a few short years ago I did them like they were NOTHING. The drive at the end of the day is what does me in. I was ready to go to the gym on my last 10 hour day. My cousin said she would be delayed by 1/2 hour which meant instead of going to the gym right from work I would end up going home first. The minute I pulled into the driveway I grabbed my phone to call her to say - Gilda Radner Nevermind - YouTube |

But I have met some extremely nice pit bull mixes. One my dog Beau chases around the dog park which is kind of funny. The size of the head and jaws of many of these pit bulls and pit bull mixes, however, is very scary. A few days ago I was talking to a lady I have known for about 8 years about this pit bull attack and she had very strong feeling about pit bulls and their mixes which seemed a little too full of stereotypes so I just hoped some education about pit bulls could be spread with my thread. And I do not think I would ever want to own a pit bull or pit bull mix. |

We have friends who have pitties and they are very sweet and friendly dogs. I know some humans who are NOTHING but more scary than pit bulls. |

Fiona was beautiful but very Muscular and could clean the coffee table of all my wife's collectibles on display quicker than the Grandkids could, Fiona used her tail the kids used their hands. So when the dog was almost a year old my son gets the idea to have her trained. Every Saturday for a long time he would bring Fiona to a trainer for the entire day. The dog seemed to be calming down, we were relieved and impressed. When she graduated we made her a little raw meat cake and praised her and it was cute. The thing we never witnessed was she was also trained to attack and would only respond when someone used an attack command with The Vietnamese Language. What a shame. This Son is a great man in so many ways but he should never be allowed to pick another animal as he has made other mistakes with exotic animals. He is now down to only one Lizard named Leggo who started out so small you could hold it in your hand. Not anymore. It's scary big. The dog was big, beautiful and mean. I asked that he keep the dog away from the Grandkids but the decision was his and NOTHING ever happened. Thankfully. Insurance in my experience in The Villages will not be offered to someone with a Pit, they didn't want to give it to me because we had a Boxer. Go figure. |

Just got a text message and things are happening NOTHING but fast around here. It's unbelievable but it's as if the Man in Charge is putting all these family things into place before we head down south. We've got one more big one in the wings that we're waiting to hear about. It's as if we were meant to be here to see all these loose ends get tied up. Makes the waiting that much sweeter as we watch the pathway being cleared for us to move on with no regrets. It may take us a bit longer than expected, but I think it will be NOTHING but well worth it in the long run.
And in the process I'm learning a lot about patience........got the lecture for the umpteenth time this morning. :ohdear: I might shake my head, but I know my sweet husband is right. I tell him I may not have patience but I'm good at teaching others how to have it, especially him. I do have one special request in all this though - Please, God, get me to TV before K. :1rotfl::1rotfl: |
