I like cake almost as much as I like NOTHING..

W will be glad to know I finally watched the movie "Shane". Favorite line in the movie - when Shane said, "NOTHING".

Could have popped the kid in the head a few times though because of all of his questions and yelling, but other than that pretty good old-time western movie. Glad it ended the way it did though or it may have ended like a new-time movie. :22yikes:

Actually, now that I'm thinking about it, it was you wasn't it W, who said that movie was one of your all-time favorites in a post somewhere on this forum? It not, ignore my post as it was all for NOTHING.

NOTHING can keep me from ignoring another NOTHINGS post. It wasn’t I, says this NOTHING, of whom you speak. Maybe it was Tal, he’s the movie geek, although he’s more into current films. Perhaps it was Al ? I hear he’s getting bored watching those 16mm flicks on the island. Could it have been our Kommander ? I heard he has cabin fever, sitting, waiting for the endless summer that awaits him. Watching B&W westerns is a good way to bide his time.

Tal did have a thread on "Shane" but I never posted in it. For some reason, I'm thinking it was a thread in political, but not sure why it would be in there. Although there was a lot of fighting and gun talk in those threads - sort of like the wild west at times. I'm thinking it might have been Big Al, but since he is MIA that still leaves me at a big NOTHING.

As you can see counting NOTHINGS did NOTHING to help me fall asleep. Here I am still awake trying to solve the mystery.:sigh:

That is hysterical. Glad to see it cost NOTHING because can't imagine who would pay for it. I have some co-workers who spend most of their time at work on their cell phones. I think I'll "buy" them the app for Christmas this year - lol

The wife's mother has flu related pneumonia. She'll be heading down in the morning. Looks like I'll be NOTHING but a bachelor for the next couple of weeks..

Sorry to hear that. Hope she will be okay. This flu has really wrecked havoc with respiratory problems. NOTHING like having a nurse in the family. Glad your wife is able to get off from work to be there.

Thanks Abby.. Yeah, her mom has been in the hospital for 3 days. The wife used to work at the hospital where she's at. They wanted to keep her a few more days but her mom was having NOTHING of it. My wife knows the Dr. so she was able to secure a conditional release.. They're going to parole her tomorrow into my wife's custody. lol

You're NOTHING but a bad influence. You must really miss Big Al.. lol

Man O' Man is that a memory for me or what. The first house I remember in West Orange N.J. as a child had a furnace like that in the basement. Deliveries with a chute through a basement window. Bad stuff for an overactive imagination. Nothing scared me more than having to go down there to fire up the thing at night. We have enough hot air here to keep us going for a long time. :pray: Probably until a certain person has a good report on a place to eat. No names, :rant-rave:please. Keep all guess on the down low.

Memories are like a bucket of steam. Here today, gone tomorrow. NOTHING beats a cast iron steam boiler. I would give up working on the NOTHINGmobile for a week given the chance to work on a 1500 HP steam boiler again, for just one day.

Have no fear, many, many people get Nothing but discombobulated with the forward-backward thing. We may not need to worry about it in Florida any longer. Maybe just Maybe the United States/Canada time limitations will change for Villages residents for something more favorable. :angel:
