I got the garage refrigerator (against DH's arguments that we don't need) to store all the water and soda that we always have in inventory taking up valuable cupboard space, And, more importantly, I wanted extra freezer space for that time in the future when I finally locate a "real butcher" -- don't get me started on that one. Ok -- I'll get started, I special ordered a leg of lamb from Publix at least a dozen times. Guess how many times they filled the order? Once! "Sorry M'am they didn't put it on the truck". Two weeks ago, after complaining again to the meat manager, he pulled me aside and quietly said, if you come in on Thursday, I'll call my friend at the warehouse and make sure he puts a leg of lamb on the truck. What is this the black market? Fuhgeddaboudit.

I'm sure if I drive far enough, eventually I will find a butcher that can cut Prime Veal Scallopine and butcher a whole lamb for us. Seems lik folks in these parts only eat beef and chicken. But where there is a will, there is a way.

Too bad you don't live out here. We have two competing butcher shops. Both out in the country. Both raise their own beef. One also raises their own pigs and sheep. I'm like NOTHING but a kid in a candy store when I stop in. I get my beef from the smaller shop because they always do a nice job of removing the bones from a rib roast and trussing them back on at no charge. But the bigger shop makes the best sausage and jerky out there. Plus it lets me support local, family owned businesses..

Do You Know How to Say Nothing in Different Languages?

NOTHING is not as popular in research. So there are only 80+ words for NOTHING as opposed to what looks like thousands for the sun.

I cannot even get to the dog park without having to using the portable toilet after I have been there a short time. And not for NOTHING. And three hour movies have to be seen more than once because I miss parts. And some of these might be things I should see.

I will be 61 years old in just over 3 months. Give or take a month.

Nope not Franks & Beans -- nothing less than one of my favorite Sicilian recipes: Pasta con Cavolfiore, pignoli, aglio y uva passa covered with formaggio Locatelli.

What a joy to see a thunderous rapid boil and then when the spaghetti was put in the pot, the water recovered to a 2nd vigorous boil. How we missed that 2nd boil.

After 3.5 years trying to get used to an electric stove, I feel like we are finally whole again. There is nothing like cooking with gas, imo.

We saw a beautifully dressed woman at Publix Freak Out Today over her view being blocked by 2 people having a conversation about 30 feet from her vehicle and they were blocking her view so she couldn't back out of her Handicapped Parking Space. This is one of those cases where from the outside there is no way you could see a disability especially because she forgot to hang her Handicapped Parking Placard. Everyone was in amazement at her behavior and it was really hard to figure out how to help her. It was truly sad.

I walked over to her vehicle with another gentleman and she was foaming at the mouth. It there was any way to get the keys without getting shot we both agreed that that was the way to help here the best. Anyway, she got out of the parking spot got on her way and turns out she lived about 20 houses down the street from me because someone at her home NOTHING but called for help about an hour after I got home.

The lesson. Be Kind because you never know whats going on with your fellow Juman Bean! Hope she's is OK.

Good Morning All,

Nothing but loving the new appliances especially the French Door Fridge and the GAS range. Today's menu will be Veal Scallopine Francese.

The Samsung washer and dryer are going back -- too small/compact and I am not pleased with the performance. Will need to have the countertop raised or replaced to make room for normal size washer/dryer. BestBuy has been wonderful so far and said no problem -- we want you to be happy. Can you imagine that? I may go with LG for the replacements. Not sure if I should get with or without pedestal.

Was NOTHING but doing a lot of running around yesterday. Did get to see the really funny movie Peanut Butter Falcon. Worth a look on the big screen.

Got to Lady Lake PO, Lady lake Library, a Winn-Dixie and then Walmart in Oxford. Busy, busy.
