Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) (2020) - Rotten Tomatoes

NOTHING but kind of a women power movie. Very tongue-in-cheek.

Had talked about Suicide Squad which also found this character Harley Quinn in it with that blonde nurse who used to come to Doggie Doo Run Run. Hope her and her daughter are doing well and that they get to see this Harley Quinn movie too. Not sure if she, her daughter nor her older sister who the last I heard lives in the Villages look at NOTHING. That is the nurse's sister who lives in the Villages.

NOTHING but a nice try, Nucky.

You do know that 2-24 is my birthday and the day that Michelle Mitchell was murdered near the University of Nevada, Reno on 2-24-1976. This was probably by serial killer Rodney Halbower who killed a number of women in San Mateo County in California around the Spring of 1976. I have been fighting for getting more practical materials accessible in libraries AROUND the world since late 1991 using 224 and then 613 after I became subject #613 in a 17 week study on stress on the unemployed. This was in late 1992-1993 at the University of California, San Francisco Health Sciences Campus. I have tried to bring in Hollywood into this 224 613 Project since late 1991. There is a lot going on here. I received the Michelle Mitchell Memorial Scholarship from her family in 1976-1977 along with another guy who had also been in Mrs. Barbara Mitchell's remedial English class at Earl Wooster High School. Mrs. Barbara Mitchell was Michelle's mother.

2-24 does not slither. It roars.

The police had centered somewhat on the students at Earl Wooster High School in 1976 because of the murder of a British female Olympic skier, Sonja McCaskie, by Thomas Lee Bean who was a 18 year old Earl Wooster High School student at that time in 1963. This was a murder that was national news back in 1963 getting a lot of attention from rags like The National Enquirer.

I visited online with a former prison cell mate of Bean on Facebook who said that he is now quite the nice person. He has been in prison since 1963 in Nevada. The last I looked Bean is still in a prison in Nevada.

This was an extremely brutal murder. The Bean family had lived off of a road by which I would often walk or bike to school at Wooster.

The murder of Michelle Mitchell was not "solved" until 1979. And they got the wrong person. She did make a false confession though and the community wanted closure in that matter.

NOTHING but scary what people can do to other people.

Probably a reference to some call girls wearing something to identify them as that at various Villages' hot spots but in this instance it is male gigolos who wear something to identify themselves.

My late younger brother had a friend who was a male stripper in Reno, Nevada. He is now married with a bunch of kids and probably has a beer belly to boot and not for NOTHING. One of the Nevada guys who shows up on my Facebook page on occasion. He had teased me about going along one on of his shows but in the 1970s and early 1980s I looked like a bean pole. 135 lbs and 6'1" or so. Started body building in the early 1980s.

I was in NOTHING but the same situation several years back and made a call to 352-753-0550 which I believe is Community Watch. They got me to the correct person and the answer at that time was 48 hour is the time limit in my Village. Excellent question and I'm glad you are getting off on the right foot by trying to follow the rules. Rules do change so make a phone call to the number I gave you. It will help you get to the current official answer. Welcome Home. :welcome:

No permit was needed almost 4 years ago.

Hi Barefoot,

A few days ago, I had a bunch of boring stuff I needed to do but nothing about any of it that I wanted to do — so I sidetracked by getting involved in the thread where the OP asked what loofahs on cars mean.

I wrote a little piece making fun of a couple of old (and ridiculous) rumors about supposedly “meaningful codes” sighted in TV.

Later on in the thread Spoiler picked up on the humor and ran with it. Spoiler has a terrific wit. (I sure hope he saw the advice I gave him later in the same thread so he is careful about how he completes his outfit when wearing his new shoes.)

Just some TOTV fun like we had a lot more of in the old, old days.

Had a bit of fun today... went out on the river all day in my kayak.

There sure are a lot of gators around these parts... One was huge like old Larry. I paddled over for a picture of him as he was laying in the bushes and he jumped up and lurched towards me. I had to put my kayak in “R” pretty fast.

I guess he had a sense of humor and decided to throw me back in until I get bigger...

Nothing like a smart-aleck alligator...

Here’s pictures of 4 of them I saw today...

A favorite activity of mine is to actually try to make people snort.

Mrs Spoiler has a friend that I can get going pretty good sometimes.

That poor lady will make all the fun sounds of a farm yard before I quit joking with her... Then she gets embarrassed and it makes me start laughing.

Really impressed with how Greg LeMond stood up to the cheating of Lance Armstrong when it was not popular to denounce this "hero".

I had his sister in some of my classes at Earl Wooster High School or, at least, remember a woman named LeMond who sat next to me. Never had the courage to ask her out on a date back then. Not for NOTHING.

My late younger brother would have had some classes with him, perhaps.

Have no one special for my Valentine's Day except my dog, of course. NOTHING but saddened for former Lynnhaven, The Villages neighbors who lost their grand daughter at Parkland HS to a gun man two years ago today. Hey, when is that going to be here anyway?

Must make it easy for birthday cards though or parties? They all have January 4 as their birthday.

I have to get a bunch of birthday cards in September for my grand niece and nephew and my niece who live in Northern Nevada and then a lot of cards in February for my Northern California niece and nephew. And then another one in May for another niece. My late younger brother had two marriages and a fling in 1982 that we knew NOTHING about until after he had passed. We lost him in December of 2014. So we have a branch of the family tree that we knew NOTHING about. My older brother vetted my "new" niece to make sure she was on the up-and-up. She checked out. And I did remember something going on in Reno, Nevada in 1982 with my younger brother and a woman but I did not know what it was all about.

Younger brother also married a Jamaican lady with two boys already. One of these is in the movie August Rush with Robin Williams. He has quit acting though as far as I know. August Rush (2007) - Rotten Tomatoes
