Dropped off an empty dish which used to have a chicken meal which had been made for us by a wife of a retired State of Michigan psychiatrist today and not for NOTHING. Had had some rather unusual conversations with him over the years and that is without ever mentioning NOTHING on Talk of the Villages. I do wonder what he would say though. I had been e-mailing various organizations, celebrities, governmental agencies, media and the like in the early 2000s and remember getting a phone call from the Scientologist's magazine editors when we lived in Palm Harbor, Florida. Decided to not take that road back then because I think that their position on psychiatry is too far in one direction. Or, in other words, way too simplistic and not for NOTHING.

Dislike when psychiatry is made into a weapon be it a sword or shield.

Some celebrities are Scientologists but not sure about how much they are really into that organization. From what I saw in Clearwater, FL it seemed almost like a way of life.

Took Beau for a walk and he pulled me for a distance into a person's lawn between two houses. I saw something dark on the lawn but could not make it out. We got to it and it was a round pile of pooh dark brown in color. Looked it up on the internet and it seems like it is cow manure. There are some cows in the field nearby just off of Belmont Golf Course and near Promise Hospital. One must have got through the fence. NOTHING but thought maybe it was bear scat but that looks a little different.

My 2nd B.A. from the University of Nevada, Reno was in history. The first was in Philosophy. Audited some film criticism courses too. The TA (teaching assistant) was the best friend of my next door neighbor in Reno, Nevada. The TA was also a student at Earl Wooster High School when I was there but I had graduated in three years by taking correspondence classes offered by another Reno high school.

I saw and heard him give a lecture at the University of Minnesota Law School for NOTHING (no money) and this was probably around the Spring of 1989. Seem to recall talking about him with my boss at the U of MN Law Library and we had been travelling around that time to SUNY at Buffalo's Law Library.

Thought of him as today is his birthday. The U of MN Law School had lecturers like Walter Mondale, Caesar Chavez, and Ralph Nader.
