I had met a lot of great people on Talk of the Villages since 2007 or so. Many of those at Crisper's in Southern Trace and also at Doggie Doo Run Run. Or just on here. And it is not for Nothing. I was on Findlaw for a long time but got hit with the targeting of a particularly nasty and creative troll. Had been looking for some other place to talk about my efforts. Findlaw people had encouraged me to get athletes and Hollywood involved. This was around 2004. I am pretty sure both these groups have helped. Various members of these groups show up on my Facebook page. And I applaud their help.


I did communicate with the police at my end and at the creative troll's end but neither could do anything about him because of freedom of speech. I went in person to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Department to give them documentation of my efforts. They had mixed feelings about that too. I did introduce myself to the Sumter County Sheriff's Department as well soon after I moved here. This was in case the creative troll continued his attacks. I have not seen him on Talk of the Villages.

I believe I was attracted to athletes because of their insistence on fair play and following the rules. And to Hollywood for its compassion and ability to tell stories in many areas. Stories for just about everyone. And not for Nothing.

The Villages Daily Sun reporter Gary Corsair had written a small article on me and my 224 613 Project back around Memorial Day of 2007. They then seemed to stick him with Bigfoot stories as well as the history of high school basketball in this area of Florida.

I have written the press often so much so that AOL kicked me off twice for sending too many e-mails. Many of these were to media, scholars, people I knew from law school, etc. And a few actors and actresses. One or two seemed to keep me on their incoming e-mails no matter how odd some of them were. Someone from the Scientologist magazine had called about their writing a story about my struggles with my pushing against a problem I saw with access to practical information in libraries for survivors/victims of crimes. I often had my mental health put in question for spotlighting an obvious problem. This was around 2005 when I still lived in Palm Harbor, Florida. I passed when they called as I thought it was a wrong road to go down. I also do not like overgeneralizations and bad logic which seemed to be all over the Scientologists ' attacks on Psychiatry. I had run by my 224 613 Project in e-mails with the Sumter County Clerk of Court after one of my Jury Summons. I had been picked for jury duty and was waiting the room where the prospective jurors were kept. We were in there for most of the morning and then the Judge came in and said that the defendant had plead guilty to vehicular manslaughter and we could all go home. She had said that if he had not we would have been in for about a 9 week trial.

I had contacted the Sumter County Clerk of Court after my next Jury Summons via e-mail. I think I have had at least two of them from the Sumter County Clerk of Court over the past almost 20 years we have been here in the Villages.


Nothing but hard to come up with what to say in a courtroom under the watch of a judge.


The Federal judge up in Ocala in 2009 involving a case where a Hispanic cop was suing the City of Claremont and their police department for harassment from fellow workers for his writing his reports in Spanish thought I was hiding something in my answers to his questions. I did not know where to start with a lot of this. And then there are a lot of the members of the Claremont PD in the room.

I was removed from the Jury Panel as the judge thought I was not giving them the truth and nothing but the truth.

The jury held for the Claremont PD but the judge scolded the men in blue for their behavior.


I got out in time for the first showing that day of Avatar in IMAX. Or something like that at the Hollywood 16 Theater.
