Thanks, Abby, this guy is NOTHING but the funniest person I have ever met. He called back after I finished posting last night and we talked for almost 2 hours, neither one of us do that ever. We laughed so hard for so long over things that happened 25 years ago and went through the years and with all the life things that happen to everybody we realized how lucky we were to have crossed paths. I picked him up for a Meeting 24 years and 10 months ago and we have faced everything together. The death his of his wife was explosive in his life and then his brother die and he made it through each entire sober and intact.

A short prayer: Dear God Thank You For What You've Given Me, Thank You For What You've Taken From Me, Thank You For What You've Left Me.

We agreed we had no regrets and never postponed going out to have a great meal and laugh. He said when he gets better he's going down here and that he would sleep in his van on the ride down. I don't think so, I'll go get him and bring him back if he wants to go back.
He would sleep in his van because he is the cheapest SOB I ever me, he squeaks when he walks but he helps people less fortunate than himself and does it quietly.

It's all good even if the worst happens. Thanks For Your Kind Words. He would fit into NOTHING perfectly but doesn't have the patience for using a computer. Just teaching him to text for the first time in 2017 was a trip! :)

This is NOTHING but a profound treasure. :mademyday: Thanks, Nucky!

Here's a current song that I like by NOTHING but 2 Australian born brothers for times like that -

for KING & COUNTRY - God Only Knows (Official Music Video) - YouTube

Here's a more joyful one by them that I love -

for KING & COUNTRY – joy. (Official Music Video) - YouTube

And here's another artist that I love and her current new hit -

Lauren Daigle - Look Up Child (Audio) - YouTube

This young women's voice is so incredible that she has become widely known outside Christian circles and you can now hear songs all over the radio. She recently received a grammy but I think it was for her song "You Say" another great song in the realm that you're talking about.

Sometimes uplifting music can NOTHING but change the direction of your whole day - enjoy!!

Thanks, FW it will be here Monday. It's great to have a friend like you who knows a good direction to point someone who is jammed up a little. It's times like this that you have to put your faith into gear.

My Mom & Sister when we were young would go to church every week and were really involved but when a major blip came up they never instinctively turned to their faith. I pointed it out but it's like leaving NOTHING mainly wasted words. Thanks.

I believe from the core of my being that nothing helps any situation more than gratitude -- being grateful for what we have, who we love and loves us, and all our many blessings.

I know you NOTHING but know this, fw, so not necessarily addressing you personally just the statement, but we weren't created to understand everything, or know everything, or be capable of bringing peace to the world for that matter. However it doesn't keep people from trying which can often lead to a lot of frustration, confusion, and even conflict. The only thing we're really capable of is finding peace within and even that doesn't often times come in our own strength.

NOTHING but amazing all of the beautiful and even spiritual places there are in the world. That is how I felt about the Hubbard Glacier just no words to adequately describe it. I am really envious right now.
