Apropos of nothing — well, actually it is apropos of something, but the thread I wanted to add this to has been closed.

Sooooo, anyway, remember that television show The X-Files? If you have Amazon Prime, you can look up Season 6, Episode 15, titled Arcadia.

After some unexplained, very strange things have been going on in a community with a wicked HOA, Mulder and Scully pose as a married couple and move in.

The episode is kind of Twilight Zone-y, though not as good. I thought maybe some TOTV readers might get a kick out of it. Or not.

Thanks for letting me borrow some space here in the “Nothing Thread.”

Oh, Nucky, nothing to worry about — unless — you want to shoot some hoops in your driveway and dare to hang up a basket. - - - and - - - well - - - maybe some other stuff, too.

Donated platelets and watched about three episodes of N.C.I.S from Season 5. Not for NOTHING. One of the actors from the later seasons asked me via a Private Facebook Message what my work and social life was like so I have taken a special interest in N.C.I.S.. It was one of my favorite shows long before that, however. The woman who stuck the needles in my arms today also said this was one of her favorite television programs.

I reach 29 gallons at the next platelet donation.

I just told the N.C.I.S. actor that it is complicated. I do hope that he looked at my Facebook page quite a bit to find out what I meant. I have enjoyed the details in N.C.I.S. shows for many years. Like a lot of CBS shows.

29 Gallons Of Blood. This would be NOTHING but a replay of me. All In The Family clip Archie gives blood - YouTube. This episode was just on the other day. Good job Tal.

That is funny. The last time I gave whole blood the phlebotomist had to hold the needle in for 16 minutes. Fortunately it was NOTHING but the woman I have known since 2007 or so at One Blood even if I do not remember her that much from the old location of One Blood near the US 441/27 post office. They moved later.

Platelets often takes a lot longer depending on how much they are talking out. I am often there about 3 hours from when I arrive to when I leave. They do have Netflix though. Been watching the entire N.C.I.S. series there and at home. I had seen them before.

I am looking forward to the return of Ziva David when N.C.I.S. starts up again on September 24, 2019 at 8:00 PM. Tuesday. Not sure when she comes back.

There are some donors at One Blood who have given 120 gallons but that is probably over decades and you can donate about 6 gallons a year via the platelet route. You are allowed 24 platelet donations a year. There is a Federal Regulation somewhere that limits blood banks from taking more than 24 platelet donations a year from a single person and not for NOTHING.

I took long breaks from donating and often just did whole blood which only allows you to give 6 pints per year. Once every two months.

There is another blood donation event for 9/11 put on by the Villages Parrot Heads down at the Fire Station 44. The Villages Parrot Head Club Website It is One Blood.

Well that is NOTHING but true. But I go more towards blondes. That Emily Wickersham played character, for instance. This is NCIS Special Agent Eleanor Bishop. Of course, the Wilmer Valderrama played agent would probably be rather jealous.
