I asked my doctor if I would be able to tap dance after the surgery. He said "Sure".

That's great since I don't know how to tap dance now!

Not for NOTHING but I would have asked for something better than tap dancing, like being able to get up off the floor without a crane.

I'm looking at Nothing but the endgame. First you get off the floor without a crane, then you shuffle, then walk, walk faster, stop using the electric carts at Walmart and Pulix and then "jump" into your golfcart or car. The next level would be a dance or two at a Square -- maybe even learn a line dance, etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc.,etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., until finally Tap Dancing!

See FW, I have a master plan and if I only get through a handful of etc's, I'll be a very happy camper.

I have met a few former submariners here in the Villages. None from the USS Cod though unfortunately as I would have liked to get a hat with that number on it. I did tour the USS Drum in Mobile Bay along with the USS Alabama. NOTHING but interesting. Will have to check out the USS Cod if I get up to Cleveland, Ohio.

The submariners I have encountered here in the Villages were on nuclear powered subs.

I have met other former sailors from various US destroyers. NOTHING but hard to recall their names though and they would often just call them by their numbers when talking with other former sailors.
