Nice recipe! Is this a way of enticing VPL back?

VPL, first time I had tofu, my husband fried it in the skillet after the pork chops came out. It was great. True confession, I love tofu. I chop up the tofu sponge and make "egg salad". It was better fried in pork chop grease, but I like it as is, too.

I've never had tofu that I know of. Now that you have called it a sponge I doubt that I ever will. However, pork chop grease sounds more appealing.

Ha ha! I love the pork chop grease method. A unique way to eat healthy

The best way to prepare tofu is to not buy it in the first place.
