What is the going rate for patio villa landscaping. Also what are your rates for pest control. Let's all get on the same page, so. the contractors don't try to screw us.!!! I think I'm on the high side.

Our patio villa mowing was $40 a month. Can't tell you about the fertilization because it's bundled into our pest-control and termite and fertilizing our shrubs. Our cottage mowing is $50 a month and bundled for the other items is $108 a month. Our corner designer mowing is $70 a month and the rest of our bundle is $140 a month.
