Question New to The Villages - Need lawn mowing, lawn care, and pest care

Anyone have thoughts on how best to handle the triple need for lawns at The Villages? We are not used to needing these services and are confused by the numerous vendors out there. Who is the best, reasonable rates, and does not expect a year in advance?? Are there vendors who do the whole package instead of using 3 separate companies? Many thanks for any responses.

We have been very happy with Fertigator. They do our pest control, fertilize our lawn and our plants and also cover us for termites. They also mow and use walk behind mowers. They do not expect money up front.

With the dormant season approaching is there a good group that will mow on an as needed ( on call ) basis only ?

I really like Chad's Lawn Service. His company can do all of the outside work. For pest control, I vote for either Dean's or Massey's.

Dean's does do it all for zoysia grass, but I'm still hesitant to use them for everything. I would not use ServiceSmart unless you like the idea of having to constantly call them to come do their job.

I concur with Deans or Masseys.
Not to take any kudos from other companies that others like, but they seem to be consistent.
