Default Better Lawns and Landscape

Jan 2023 signed contract to repair water feature & power wash /high gloss seal all landscape borders. We the customer subsequently provided tools, buckets, tarp, etc. and 3 tear downs of the water feature, the water feature is running. However, landscaper tells us they will be back in a couple days to power wash and reseal the border/water feature pad. That was 7 WEEKS AGO. Note we've called the landscaper at least once a week to inquire when the work would be done, but all we get is empty promises. Would you recomend the landscaper?

Did you pay for the work in advance? If so, this is a very typical outcome in The Villages and other places too. It has probably been said hundreds of times on this website, "never pay in advance".

Have you SEEN these guys? Wouldn't let them on my property. How can you look at these clowns and think they can accomplish all they told you they would do ( basicly EVERYTHING you said you wanted done, they can do right?) and do a professional job?
