Default changing mulch color. need 2b approved?

We're moving to TV the end of March and are sooo excited. We want to change our mulch from a brown color to black, completely around the house. Will this need to be approved first?

It is always a good idea to call the architectural board and ask just to be safe.

nope, not to change mulch. nor any minor landscaping (ie: adding a tree or plants).

if you do a major renovation, or structural stuff, then you should submit
something to the ARC and that's a fairly simple process. Best wishes
