What a shame - hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. We hired these people because of TOTV review.
Contracted for some mature trees (6) and watered according to their direction and 4 1/5 have died. This was in June '13. We have put in at least 7 calls to both of them (Bobby and Stacy) - they are totally not taking responsibility. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Our next action is a written complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Money back and we're going back to TPM - best most reliable Landscaper at TV!!!!!

So Mallory in another post you said TPM is a door to door and would not recommend and now you are saying TPM is the best. What gives cause something aint right. You could at least get the name right of the this years business name.

Btw, those owners you mention change the name of the business every year so that should indicate a issue

Do you know if this exotic spaces landscaper if affiliated with a particular nearby nursery? The names Bobby & Stacy are ringing a bell with me in relation to the nursery on 301 just past the Oxford driving range.

If your going to post a negative review of someone you should at least know who you are talking about! The name of the company is Exterior spaces. It's a full service garden center run by Bob Lowe and Stacy Lowe not a fly by night lawn maintenance company that calls itself a landscaper.
I have to agree with IRISHMAN "something aint right"! The reason your trees died is that you asked BOB to cap the irrigation so the water wouldn't hit your sidewalk, you said that you would water the trees by hand unfortunately you didn't and they died.

although we believed that the trees died due to your error i good faith we offered to replace them with smaller ones or take out the dead ones and once we got the larger ones in we would install them for free neither of these options were agreeable to you?

We try our best to make every customer happy unfortunately there are some that no mater what we do will never be satisfied fortunately for us that is a very small minority.
