Angry Fertigator

I am wondering if there is anyone out there having problems with Fertigator Lawn Service? My front yard is a mess and I was trying to see if anyone else has had problems with this company.

I did, a couple of years ago. I don't think they were putting any chemicles in the system. my lawn was a mess. I quit them after many complaints, they did nothing to improve the service. I now am very satisfied with Alliance

We switched from Massey to Fertigator 5 months ago. Our yard so far is fine except for a wet area we have in the back. I have asked them for help and they say we have a wet area from all the rains and the roots are in standing water at times. We apparently have a clay soil and proven by the extension agent with a sample. We are looking at putting in a French drain to help keep the water from standing in the low area that holds the water.

The other issue is we have them mow the lawn also. Their weed eater has cut our screens in the bird cage area. It has been like pulling teeth to get them to replace it.....
