Hello,
Looking for a contractor to build a 10' x 12' wood gazebo.

Get ARC approval first as this may or may not be allowed. You or your contractor may need a building permit, as well as an engineering report for wind resistance, these should be handled by your contractor. A neighbor had one installed as part of a much larger landscaping project. As I recall there were concrete footers required for each post, not sure if there were other drawings required.
The ARC approval is a simple, get the form, fill it out and submit, should be reviewed in about 2 weeks, NO cost.

If we had the room would be nice to have but do not remember ever seeing one on a property here.
