For small lawns, like villas, you might want to look into a battery robot mower, it will probably pay for itself in 1 to 2 years.

Stay away from Chad's. Went with the recommendation from someone here that is usually very reliable. This one didn't work out. Chad's workmanship was very poor. Didn't clean up properly. Unreliable missing scheduled appointments. No returned phone calls. Needless to say, I've fired Chad's and gone with a new service. Hopefully this one works out.
