For a community with 150,000 people and 105,000 homes the property is maintained at a high level and I have zero complaints!

They do let north of 466 go concentrating on the areas further south. If enough people complain they do take care of it. See a problem, cousin to the Villages and they will usually take care of it. Sending a photo or taking one in usually helps.
