My neighbor uses Kirk and her lawn always looks very healthy. She is quite pleased with all they do for her.
After closing, The Villages gave each of us with a list of known reliable service providers.... companies that were tried and true, to use as a starting point.

We both used this list to choose our landscapers. (Mine is good, too.)

I've used him for 2 years with no problems. It seems to work best if he handles the fertilization and mowing. $45 per month for mow, blow and go, and $60 per fertilization 4 times a year. This for an interior lot.

So the bottom line is $65 a month really.
