Can anyone recommend a good landscape design company? I want to have a design before getting quotes from landscapers on implementing.

I believe you would need to hire a landscape architect for that. Most of the big landscape companies in TV will give you a design and quote. Obviously you won't be comparing apples to apples, but unless you have something specific in mind you might get some good ideas from them.
