I would suggest Leo's Landscaping. I hired them to landscape my patio villa in St. James, 2013 Kelmscott Street. Their prices were competitive and their work was superior. Leo's attention to detail made my husband and me extremely happy. Their phone number is 352-787-7725.

Definitely check with Brandon's Landscaping 352-274-6913. Check my post Landscape Project with ******** Landscaping. I have some pics you can look at and they were a delight to work with.

We have used KB Landscaping (352-748-4400) to put stone and plants in both our front and recently our rear beds. Their price each time was about 25-35% cheaper than the other 3 quotes and those were companies that our neighbors said were good and low priced. Both times we were very satisfied. At least call and get a price.

Check your deed restrictions as they do differ from villa to villa. Ours allows no grass if you choose that way.

Hi,
I just bought a patio villa in Fernandina and was wondering if you ever got an estimate. It seems everyone who posts states how good their guy was, but nobody provides the cost. Just looking for something clean & neat not necessarily exotic or the best rock available. Any estimates out there to decorate the front lawn on a patio villa?

I was wondering about that myself. What the costs were.

Now I wonder why in your original post the word ********* was ***ed out twice. Is that a bad word?

But when I hit reply, it quoted your post with the word ********* back in. Huh.
