Default Landscape work by Buena Vista and St. Charles round-a-bout????
I see that several areas of sod have been removed and it looks like irrigation has been added. Anyone know what they are doing there? Can't believe they will be adding more flowers/plantings there!

Someone told me the grass there had a fungus so they are replacing it and the dirt underneath it. Not sure that is true but that's what I was told.

I was told by my sources that they have broken ground for Macy's, Trader Joe's and Costco.
