Fertigator did ours but it was pricey $150. Actually now that I think of it that was a dethatching. It might be different.

Adam Neusbaum does a fantastic job. I believe he charges $69.00 for all yards. Double check that to be sure. His # is 1-855-932-3728. In my opinion, does a job far superior to most of the landscaping companies.

Smile Are you sure?

What makes you think your lawn needs aeration? You no longer live on clay soil or volcanic ash soil, or other compacted soil. Florida sand is notoriously porous. It is more likely that your lawn needs dethatching due to a buildup of grass clippings.

Had my new lawn aerated 2 yrs. ago & it improved the thickness of the lawn & filled in the bare spots by the grass roots growing out. Bought a new home 11/11.

Carl, I beg to differ with you. There is a lot of clay in portions of TV's, especially south of 466A. When they were building all through Gilchrist and Fernandina, certain sections were nothing but orange (really orange) clay.
I do believe there is a big difference here, from block to block. Just my thoughts ...

Phanatic Luvr,
Good point, I did notice when my neighbors did some construction there was a significant amount of clay below the surface. It appears that most of the "top soil" I have seen in the area was a good amount of sand, and did not appear to pack well, but if there is a significant amount of clay, then you are correct.

Thanks!! As soon as I saw the name, I called. Have known Adam for 10 years. The furniture in ourliving room i did not see until we moved in. Am not a furniture shopper, so my wife and Adam spent 6 hours back in 2007 picking it out. Have bought other stuff from him when he was at Southern Lifestyles. Nice young man, who did a great job today on our lawn. Again, thanks
