Hi ... posting for friends in need.
Until their home sells up north and become permanent residents, they are looking for someone to cut their small rear villa lawn and do weeding.
They do not want to sign a yearly contract, as they do not know when they will be permanently moving down and will take over once they are here.
This is a villa in Hacienda of Mission Hills.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and passed along.

We use Laguna Lawn for our villa. They do a great job, show up every week, and no contract. There are many services like this in the villages, but not all are so reliable.
