Has anyone had experience with Lawn Solutions landscaping?

Lawn Solutions does our yard with push mowers. My hubby does the bush trimming etc. one thing I really really dislike is that they don't communicate! I very nearly dropped them in April because of this. The week of April 11th no-one showed up to mow. We called & left messages 3X, no response! I was p.o.'d to say the least. I was already getting recommendations from friends. Also had not received the bill for March until the 22nd of April. So I figured they just quit. Then suddenly on April 20th the guys showed up to mow. When I asked them why, they said we had some dead spots in the yard & didn't want to mow over that. DUH! I was even more annoyed than ever. Why oh why couldn't they have just returned one of our phone calls?!?! If they pull this stuff again...they are history.

Not returning calls is a terrible business practice. So easy with all the mobil devices to stay in touch. Some businesses take the customer for granted and will always be there.

Contacted them about removing a bad queen palm and replacing with another type of Palm. Seemed pretty reasonable co pared to some others, but also need someone who is reliable and can be sure to take care of any problems
