I have wondered about tree trimmers for example...what if they fell on your property while doing a trim job in your palm trees....are we liable and can we be sued by them?

Any body injured on your property can sue.....lawn movers, house watch, house cleaning............you should request a certificate of insurance indicating the company is carrying workers' compensation insurance on their employees / them self.

I had my tree trimmed today, and they produced the Certificate of
Insurance before I could ask. Great job, BTW.
