Default Local source for tree-form drift roses?

That is, not the ground hugging ones, but those with a 2-3 foot single trunk to elevate the blooms. Any local nurseries with a good selection of these? I have heard that these are a good alternative to tree-form knockout roses - comments on that welcome also.
