I can find many companies that do one or two of these services, I am looking for a one-stop shop that takes care of everything in the yard. Someone who mows the grass, pulls weeds from the rock beds, trims the bushes when they need it, fertilizes, kills the insects, and checks the irrigation system on a regular basis.

Any suggestions?

I don't think any company will do everything you listed. When I had grass, I used Massey. They would not weed or trim bushes, but they would do irrigation. Some of these irrigation companies are expensive, and they usually only do irrigation. Contrary to what some people think, Dean's will not maintain your irrigation system. Most likely, you will need to hire at least 3 companies.

If you have rock beds, use Roundup with a battery sprayer and DIY. You will not get your money's worth paying someone to pull weeds in a rock bed.

Great advice. NEVER pull weeds thinking that's how to get rid of them. Pulling breaks off the roots, and they grow back. Usually one root will grow into several new weeds.
So pulling looks nice for a week, then everything is much worse than before.

Killing the weed first is the right way. Then you can pull the dead remains a week later, or just lave it and it will disintegrate by itself.

They are owned by Rentokil / Steritech. Rentokil owns / merged with Terminix a few years ago and they are also a parent company to Florida Pest Control as well as Solitude Lake Management, to name a few reputable companies.

Solitude does most of the ponds in the Villages.

Anyway, their web site says they do it all with the exception of mowing.
