I've had landscaping done with McGowen and so have a bunch of my neighbors. They're very good.

Sabrina comes over to plan the job with you and she's very knowledgeable and will help you design gardens that you love.

Her husband Patrick will come over and do the actual job, and he and his crew are very good at what they do.

After it's completion, Patrick will walk the yard with you and make sure you are totally satisfied with every aspect of the job.

Only then will you pay him the agreed amount for all the work.

I have more in mind, and McGowen the only way I'm going.

I also used McGowan and both Sabrina and Patrick are wonderful. I liked what they did when I first moved in and am having them come back this week to do additional landscaping. I would highly recommend them!

Ditto RichieLion and Seashorecaroline. McGowan has done a lot of landscaping in Amelia which is about 4 years old. They only bill after you are satisfied. They are a very professional operation. We highly recommend them.

Jumping on everyone's bandwagon. We've used them twice, 1st time for the front yard and 3 weeks ago for the backyard. Thrilled with quality, service and price. Would highly recommend them.

Thumbs up

I used another landscaper which I highly recommend... but I don't think you can go wrong with McGowan, They do a lot of work here! I've heard good things about them.

They just did our front and back yards. Good work, good people to deal with. Very Happy with the job.

Great company to deal with. Sabrina has great ideas and worked with us to give us a design that we really liked. Patrick and his crew are great. They show up on time and their work is flawless. They were easy to deal with, even when we made changes after they showed up. Our yard is being done in two or three phases and I can't imagine anyone I'd rather work with. They're great!

I cannot say enough good about Sabrina and Patrick. We have used them twice, each time the work was excellent. They assisted with getting permits and the final charge was less than the original estimate.

Default McGowan

We just had them finish our yard. They were in and out in one day. They are worth the wait and are very professional. I am very pleased with their work and all of their crew.

We used them before and plan to use them again. For your information, we asked if all her employees were legal and she told us that they are and are fully insured. That might mean something to someone.

We had a quote from McGowan and several others. Found Sabrina to be dull and unimaginative in her design proposal compared to others. Pricing was very high.

Default I don't care

About the personality of the people I hire to work for me. What kind of work do they do? Maybe I will find them to be totally different then others do. The question is, what does their landscaping look like? Did you hire them? What do their customers say? Did they come back when you had a problem? I'm not hiring them to entertain me.

I hired a gentleman whom people have trashed his personality on this site, and I have a showcase yard! Others have hired people who have "great" personalities, and I will put my yard up to theirs any day!

But "to each his own".
