Default Need recommendation for occasional shrubbery trims

Thanks Travelguy for a very nice job on our shrubbery.

Hi, has anyone found a reasonable person who will trim shrubs NOT ON A CONTRACT BASIS? We have a small courtyard villa, no grass. We trim
the shrubbery when we come down which is year round since we don't live too far away, but once or twice a year I like to get someone out to give it all a good "haircut." We will need it done in the next couple of weeks, before the summer. Not real pleased with crew who did it last time. I would like to find someone who can do it for about $50. Thanks.

Have you thought about asking any of the landscaping crews that do work for others in your neighborhood?

I know that my landscape guy will trim other people's bushes, etc. for a price.

Whatever you do, Don't pay up front till you are satisfied with the work no matter just $50.

no reputable person would expect payment before the job is completed to the homeowner's satisfaction.
