Oak Tree Removal with Arborist Documentation
Since I have documentation from an Arborist that my Oak tree is causing damage, do I still need to contact the ARC?

Even your arborist should know the answer to this question.
If he is legit! Why not just call ARC for your answer…..then you will know for sure.
