Default Prices for various landscaping services?

Starting to check these out prior to our arrival later this month, and don't really have a basis for comparison. I know you can get all of the following in single package deals, and would be interested in that perspective as well; but for a frame of reference, I would also like to know what reasonable a la carte prices might be for:

1. Lawn mowing

2. Lawn fertilization & disease treatment

3. Periodic dethatching/aeration

4. Bed pruning and weeding

5. Exterior and interior pest treatment and control

6. Home exterior power washing

If it matters, we have a new Lantana on a small (non-corner) lot. Thanks.

Recommend you contact Stellar. They provide all the services you listed and will provide discount for batched service.

We contracted with Stellar as well.......sight unseen. They have a list of prices on their website for the services they offer.

We based our decision on recommendations from TOTV posts and the fact that they were very responsive to our phone calls.

Will be in The Villages at then end of this month to observe lawn and their work.

I have used Massey for the bug and grass . They are a very reliable company. They also offer discounts on their packages. Call several up first to see what they are offering.

Did they ask for 6 months payment in advance?

They will accept monthly payments but not sure you will get the discounts that way. Better to give them a call and ask what is available.

You may want to add termite insurance to your list above. It's usually billed separately from exterior pest control.

Stellar offers "one-stop shopping" at a packaged price, which is a real advantage to those of us who are Seasonal Residents. And they are very professional and reliable.

Bates is offering a very attractive package right now. We have switched to them because we were not happy with the looks of our lawn our shrubs after a year with Massey. They always came when called but I prefer someone that is proactive rather than reactive. If you pay a year up front you do get a nice discount. Most of the big guys would probably give you a refund if you were really that unhappy - too much to loose to get involved in a court battle.
