This past Friday, Ron’s team finished their second major landscaping project for us. We first hired them BEFORE we moved here (2018/2019 - based on positive reviews here going back more than 20 years) and they handled the entire job flawlessly then. From initial design and plant discussions, to ARC approvals, to timely start and finish, to respectful, skilled, hardworking, and good “clean up” skills, to beautiful finished product AND beautifully maturing plants - we knew the quality and integrity of the Ron’s team.

For the project just completed, all those qualities are still strong - Ron discussed our ideas and he made them better than we could’ve imagined. Graceful terraces out front, a tropical oasis in our backyard, bushes and plants along both sides complete the look. Fresh plants with warranties.

They worked steadily (not leaving our job to go start another one); with Ron or Mike (founder/former owner and current owner, respectively) on site daily to check work and plan for the day. And of course to chat with the homeowners.

Their communication before, during, and after the jobs is one of the most valuable work practices to us. Phone calls are answered or returned quickly. They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it.

We noticed an easy and mutual respect among the 4 crew members, between the management and the crew, and between Ron and Mike who seem to be natural hands-on teachers and coaches. And that positivity flows to us homeowners as well.

Since they completed this project, we have enjoyed a steady stream of neighbors coming to admire the whole project. We love the design and share their philosophy that Less is More.

They are typically booking 3 months out. Both of our jobs were started *early*

Highly encourage anyone who’s getting estimates to give Ron’s a call. They’ll do things right rather than taking cheapening shortcuts.
