Service for Transplant?

I have a fairly large plant I'd like to have moved. It's not a tree and it's not enormous. It's just big enough to require some significant effort and care. For example there are water lines in the vicinity of where I want it moved to.

Any recommendations?

A) Relocate water lines or B) change location for plant to be located.
What would I do?
