I need about 20 pieces of sod replaced where quantum put in fiber optic cable. Is there a handyman anyone knows of who would do that or do I suck it up and get a whole pallet .

for a public answer, will need lots more details:

how's your back?
how much can you lift?
what tools do you have?
how much time do you have?
do you have a way to easily get rid of the old ripped up sod?
can you get the sod delivered or are you picking it up?
what kind of vehicle are you using?

thinking that this is a personal decision . .

I was under the impression that Quantum has to come back an repair any areas where they worked, so I would call Quantum before you spend any time or money to repair.

They came over and took pictures of bad sod. Supervisor said would be back. Came on a Friday replaced 3 pieces and left. Tries to explain but no one spoke English. Have called 3 times after with no response.
