I second the vote for recommending AGAINST queen palms. Yes they look nice.
They are a very fast growing tree....20-30 feet!!!

They do need a lot of maintenance....twice per year for sure to remove drooping/yellowing/dead palm fronds and the seed pods open and closed ones. At a cost of $8-15 per tree.

One can choose to let nature do it's thing. The dead palm fronds will eventually break off and fall to the ground. The seed pots will put out a zillion thumb sized seeds from multiple pods all through the year making a mess of beds and lawns and wherever.

If I had to do it over again there would not be one on my property.

A chain saw about 2 inches above the ground. That's what we did to our three and have yet to regret it.
