I just lost my yard bush trimmer and weed puller. I have somebody else doing the lawn mowing. I was wondering if I could get recommendations for this type of work. Thanks.

I suggest asking your neighbors. Reason, these people tend to stay in one area, saving time to drive all over the place. Weeds, that is a tough job. Hand work. We do our own.
Minimal tools and do it when I feel like. A pro, will likely not recognize plants and will pull out or damage plants.
