Does anyone know someone that pulls weeds around home and is willing to stop by and give me a free estimate?

Welcome to Florida. Weeds grow 12 months a year. Assuming you have someone mowing your lawn I would ask them. Rather than spending time running all over the Villages people generally stay in one section of the villages.
