Question What happened to Kirk's Landscape?

Just got back from a few days away and saw some new faces mowing, and edging, our lawn. They were from "Village Lawn". We challenged them, and they said they took over the Kirk Landscape accounts. This was a surprise to us. We never got any info regarding this takeover. Anyone know what happened to Kirk?

Kirk came to my house to introduce me to Brian Holton, owner of Village Lawn & Home, Inc, and tell me that he was getting out of the landscape business and Brian would be talking over. Seems that Kirk is going back to school, but will continue with the power wash business.
Brian can be reached at villagelawnandhome@embarqmail.com or 352.551.7194.

I had John Kirk for my yard work since I moved here in June of 2011. A few months ago he stopped by to let me know he sold most of his lawn care business and was doing some work with The Villages south of 466A. I only used Brian for a very short while but wasn't happy - just my opinion. I switched to Tri-County Landscaping and they are fantastic!
