We were driving north on 301 today, between 442 and 466, and on the right-hand side there is a landscape place, right before 110th St., that has at least one along their fence paralleling 301. The place is called Landscape (something).

I went past them today and they are indeed Agave. They are very expensive. The size plant which you see there are probably $300.00 or more dollars. I agree they are magnificent but you are not likely to see them in my yard. I wish the neighbors would plant them!

I've seen many around the neighborhood and they seem to have "babies" all around them. Thy have shallow roots and you can easily transplant the "babies". Most people are delighted to share!

The other name for them is Century Plant. We found them at Exterior Spaces on Hwy 301 N in Oxford.
