who can explain why this provider operates the way they do? I waited 15 minutes for my first appt and then had to leave and reschedule....the second appt I waited 50 MINUTES and had to leave again despite being in severe discomfort!!!...what IS going on here???

I agree, they always overbook, unless you get an early morning appointment you will be there for hours. Last time I I had an appointment there were 4 people in front of me and he had one to lunch, like you I left.

I've been going there for over 4 years now and never had a problem. I had my cataracts removed by them last year. Always gotten in on time and usually have the last appointment of the day around 4pm.

They have quadrupled times 4 their patients load in last 6 years. Why? Cause they are good and convenient IMO. When I got here wasn’t too bad now they are fully booked every time I have annual appointment. I can’t remember last time I had appointment that was on time down here with all use old retirees. IMO I grateful I can get appointments within month. It’s not just them, had pretty important appointment with urologist and it got canceled day after thanksgiving. OK fine don’t mind People being off on thanksgiving week end but dON’T make appointments on days want off. Keep that in mind if whoever want schedule appointments around holidays? had to wait 4 months to get another appointment cause they was booked solid. Looks like it’s getting worse, I think had personal turnover also?

My wait times have been minimal. I wouldn't book an appointment of any other kind where I would leave 15 minutes later.
