Default broken finger

I will get an xray when I come back to TV. I think this little pinkie is broken and have an order for an x ray that I got when I was out of town. If it is broken, who would you go to for this. thanks

Why, why, why would you wait to get back to TV???? If you got an order, you should have gone ahead and got the x-ray.

As an FYI....breaks generally "need" to be fixed within a week of the accident as they begin to grow back. SOOO if you need it done by all means see a doctor ASAP!!

If you can wait, that likely means you're not in pain. If you're not in pain, it's probably not broken but just sprained. Although, it might feel uncomfortable when you move it.

I had this happened with my thumb. I lost my balance and tried to catch myself by putting my hand out. My thumb hit the wall at a funny angle and sprained it. It got bent back.

I called my doctor's office and talked to the nurse. She said, "if you're not in pain, it's probably not broken." I could hardly believe it because it really felt bad. I really thought it would never get better. But after about 2 months, it did get better. Today it's as if nothing ever happened. It's totally normal.

The natural power of healing we have is amazing, if we just give it time.
