My wife uses a mail order Canadian Pharmacy for her blood thinner Rx. If she goes through Humana the cost is over $600 for 90 days and she pays $70 for 90 day supply. It takes a while to get it so you need to reorder when you get down to 30 days.

Default Canadian pharmacies

I have been using Bison Pharmacy. Very professional and their customer service is over the top.

Have been using PharmStore that my PCP referred me to. Give them a call at 1-800-281-8347.

I've use Canadian Pharmacy World and Canadian Prescription Drugstore. Both have been very good. A 90 supply of my Diabetes med costs $375 with plan D and $60 with the Canadian pharmacy. Not a generic, sealed package boehringer-ingelheim.

Don't you wonder how GoodRx gets you a lower price?
Must be just goodness and kindness.

I don't wonder at all. I know how they make money.

Depends on the medicine.
My wife has a med that cost us over $4k in 2024 which in 2025 capped our cost at $2k.

But I get a med through the Canadian Prescription Drugstore that costs me $175 for the year. Previously I paid almost $900yr with my healthcare and using a US pharmacy. So I am saving money and not close to the $2k cap.

I've ordered from them and they were reliable. I think drugs come from India though. I've ordered through India and drugs come in some shady brown packages sometimes. I've recently ordered from Mark Cubans site for a lot less than anywhere else. You still need a prescription but get multiple pills for low prices. Doctor recommended for certain drugs.
