There is no advantage to the Advantage.

You would probably be better off calling your provider and asking why the fee went up, possibly a coding error, an accidental duplicate submission, or a change in rates. If the rates changed you should have gotten a revised explanation of benefits document (I hate reading these).

I procrastinate reading, it was there, ugh! UH advantage was recommended by advisor who also signed up for advantage. Have no complaints, spouse and self hospital stays, rehab, meds, all paid in full, copays minimal, satisfied, just wondering if other health insurance had an uptick of copay for radiology?
