Twice I've had Vertigo so bad I've gone to All Coast Physical Therapy in Lady Lake for the Epley Maneuver. Since those times I've been able to do it on my own and keep it under control. It's a horrible feeling. Good luck.

Wife had boughts of vertigo few years back and Dr showed me how to do it and it was a ‘life saver’. Just a matter of trust.
