Default chronic pain clinic

We recently bought a home in TV and will be relocating within the year. My husband needs a chronic pain clinic to manage his morphine pain pump which was recently implanted as a last resort for his chronic back pain and spinal stenosis. Do any of you have experience with this device, and do you know if the medical care for this is available at TV? It needs to be refilled every several months. Would hate to travel back to Indiana for this. Any suggestions?
