Default Kudos to Dr Gonzalez and Pinellas Health

Hubby tested positive for both FLU and strep this afternoon. Dr Gonzales, nurse Debbie and staff were responsive and professional when we needed them and saw him within a couple of hours of our call. Really was Marcus Welby-like. We feel very grateful. (BTW, hubby did have the heavy duty flu shot.)

Default So glad to hear you received great care!

We are patients of Dr. Gonzales also and really have confidence in her and her team. I'm a RN, so pretty picky about docs!

I hope he is feeling better soon!

The flu can be very nasty. I'm a strong believer in vaccines. But the virus does mutate and the vaccine will not protect against ALL strains. Just the most PREVELANT strain.

Tender loving care, chicken noodle soup and popcicles help, no matter the age.
Hope he is over the worst of it!!

Oh, no! I'm going to see her today. I'll ask her. I really hope you're wrong.

Our doctor at Pinellas Health Center is Dr. Mariel Gonzales-Mendoza. No, she is not leaving. Yay.
